Services must be used by the same person. Consultation required; non-candidates and other refund requests will be honored before service provided. Botox touch-ups available for extra fee. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.

Return Policy

We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for any Dermalogica Product  purchases, and will issue a Store Credit Only upon receiving your items within 7 days of the PURCHASE date with a receipt. All returns or exchanges must be approved by customer service.

 

Appointment Cancellation Policy

24 hours cancellation or rescheduling notice is required, If you do not call to cancel or you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full treatments
