Store Policy


Services must be used  by the same person. Consultation required; Non-Candidates and other refund requests will be honored before services are provided. Botox touch-ups are available for an additional fee. Merchant is solely responsible to purchases for the care and quality of advertised goods and services.

Return Policy


BodyFactory will gladly accept returns or exchanges for any retail product purchases made at any BodyFactory location. Refunds will be issues in original form of payment within seven (7) days of original purchase date with a receipt of purchase. All returns or exchanges are subject to approval. 

Appointment Cancellation Policy


BodyFactory requires a 24 hour + notice of cancellation or reschedule without any penalty. Any cancellations, reschedules or no-shows for a scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation/late fee of $50. No-shows will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled treatment.
